The weather at the weekend wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either. Although it rained on and off throughout Saturday, there were still some sunny spells, but Sunday was a bit nastier. It was still overcast in the morning, but after midday there was quite a bit of rain, wind and fog.
Despite the rather cool weather, things really heated up in the MPO category. Lukas Schär and Emile Barbe had to go into a playoff. On hole 12, Lüku opted for a throw through the gap and parked the disc. Emile, on the other hand, decided to go for a high hyzer around the outside. He landed a little short and had to try to reach the birdie from deep C2 with an any putt, which he unfortunately failed to do. This meant that Lüku won the tournament after just one playoff hole.
