Last weekend, the second Corona version of the Zurich Disc Golf Open took place: the Extremely Uncertain Open. With officially 118 participants, this year's edition broke the dimensions of most Swisstour tournaments of the last 10 years. Only the Chili Open, which last took place in 2019, trumps the event in Zurich. The crisp, varied but fairly set course demanded everything from the field of participants. A mixture of short technical and long open lanes divided the chaff of the wheat of the field of participants.
After one round, in addition to the top-seeded players Ferro and Schär, newcomer Hüsler and fan favorite Kicinski found themselves in the lead card. The fans, who followed the lead card on the last of the second round, saw in addition to some popular putts on the part of Kicinski unfortunately also a visible mental slump. Thus, the second round washed the third over 1000 rated barbel to third place behind Schär and the finally victorious Ferro after eight participations.
In the MP40 category, there was a jump-off. Both Dreier and Baumgartner were able to play with a strong performance in the second round from the Chase card to the top two ranks. Dreier had the upper hand there and, after a victory as MPO a few years ago, now also recorded the first victory in the youngest age-protected category.
In the women's race, Wallus was able to prevail against five other competitors.

Once again, the weather meant well with the organizing Voodoo Warriors. The organization was impeccable and the Voodoo Warriors would like to thank the rapidly growing Swiss disc golf community.
