As always, the course was perfectly prepared and the weather was also ordered. Adam and his team once again managed to create a special and very family-friendly atmosphere this year. Be it the food, the support, the supporting program or the alphorn players for the winners’ ceremony. A successful event all along the line.
On Saturday it was still slightly cloudy, but towards evening the sun came out. Nevertheless, some participants were already running hot in the mild temperatures, with Stephan Müller leading the way in the MP40 category. He shot an impressive -8 in the first round. In the second round on Saturday, when some participants were already suffering from arm (or leg) fatigue, Stephan turned up the heat even further and topped his first round with a -10. This led some to wonder: what will he show on Sunday? The weather was at its best on Sunday. Stephan again played a strong round of -7. He ended the tournament with a very strong -25 under par across all categories! Only one player was able to follow him to some extent; Christoph Weiss won the Open category with -20!
