Each member of the association should send two delegates to the annual general meeting to decide on statutory and ordinary motions. In addition, motions from members are dealt with and decided upon.
Represent the views and opinions of the athletes and ensure that their voice is heard within the Swiss Disc Golf Association (SDA), the professional association for disc golf of Swiss Disc Sports (SDS). Has the right to propose motions at the Assembly of Delegates and can participate in Board meetings.
The Board of Directors consists of at least 5 members. With the exception of the Chairman, the Board of Directors constitutes itself. The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is 1 year. They can be re-elected at will. The Board of Directors meets periodically, usually monthly, and deals with day-to-day business and proposals from the departments.
The court of arbitration is only convened in the event of necessity, in the sense of an extraordinary delegates’ meeting.
The auditor is elected by the Assembly of Delegates. He audits the annual accounts of the treasurer and submits a report and proposal to the Assembly of Delegates. The term of office of the auditor is 1 year. They may be re-elected at will.
