Swisstour 2024 Final Standings!

The Bern Open 2024 took place on the Gurten from 18 to 20 October, and this tournament also served as the final of the Swisstour 2024, so it's time to look back on the season and pay tribute to the winners in the various categories.

The season was one highlight after another. The season started for the first time on a ball golf course, in Meggen (LU) to be precise. There, the Big Arms were able to show for the first time whether they were already back in shape after the off-season. Stanislaus Amann from Austria came out on top in the MPO category.

Further tournaments followed throughout Switzerland, with a wide range of locations from Geneva to Lörrach, Zurich, Bern and Kreuzlingen. After the Zurich Disc Golf Open, there was a short Swisstour break, as another highlight was on the horizon. The Swiss Championships in Samedan (GR).

After the Swiss Championships, the season continued on the Felsenegg. This was followed by a visit to Hofstetten (Lila Open), the Winterthur Open and another visit to Kreuzlingen on beautiful Lake Constance. The final of the 2024 Swisstour season was once again held on the Gurten in the form of the Bern Open. This and the Swiss Championship were held as a three-day tournament for the first time.

But who won? Who will take home the trophy in the end? We won’t keep you in suspense any longer. Congratulations to all the winners who made it onto the podium in their categories:

As an association, we would also like to thank all the helpers, TDs and sponsors. Thanks to you, we had another great season, which would not have been possible without your help and commitment. To top it all off, the Doubles Swiss Championships will be held as an independent tournament for the first time next weekend. Perhaps just a coincidence, but we started the season on a ballgolf course and so the season ends on another ballgolf course. Once again, a big thank you from the association to all of you out there! The board is already looking forward to the new 2025 season!
