On January 1, 2022, the new Swiss Sport Integrity Foundation was established as an independent national competence center.
With the Antidoping Switzerland Foundation, Swiss sport had a national competence center for combating doping until 2020. Following the 25th Sports Parliament, it was decided to transform Antidoping Switzerland and relaunch it as the Swiss Sport Integrity Foundation in order to expand its competencies to include a sport ethics dimension. Since January 1, Swiss Sport Integrity has been the contact and reporting office responsible for combating doping, punishing violations of ethical principles and reporting and eliminating irregularities in Swiss sport.
